Dark have been my dreams of late

Dearest duckies who have graduated from college/university/graduate school etc,

Do the panic-inducing, wake-you-up-in-the-middle-of-the-night-sweating nightmares of unexpected exams, unfinished homework, plagiarized papers (when you've actually never plagiarized before), or finals in classes you don't remember registering for, ever, ever stop?!?!?!

I really rather desperately want sleep...

*huggles* My favorite dream is the one where you're finding out that you have to sit the exam for that class you dropped, because something went wrong, and even though you won't get a grade, you still have to pass, and...

Yes, it stops. And then you get to start dreaming that your boss asks you to do something impossible while he's waterskiing with your celebrity crush.

I would like to tell you that they stop but I've been out of college for five years and I still have nightmares about giving presentations completely unprepared in front of huge lecture halls. I also have work dreams now, too. Awful, awful work dreams. I have no idea which ones are worse.

And I just realized that I said absolutely nothing comforting.
