NaNoWriMo and Gnashing of Teeth

All day today, for some reason, I was completely mixing up their, they're, and there, and your and you're. I know better. I know I know better, and yet I was still messing up. Grr.

Were you typing fast? I know that I will make those errors when I'm typing really fast and not thinking about the spelling, just trying to get everything down while it is still in my head. My default seems to be using your, there, and it's no matter what it's supposed to be when I am on a major roll. I then go back and fix it, but I don't think you're supposed to edit with NaNo are you?

You're encouraged not to edit, but my eyes will occasionally drift back over what I've written and when I see something that has to be fixed, I have to fix it. I was typing faster than usual, but it just seemed to be happening every single time I had to use one of those words, and I was starting to get a little frustrated with myself. :D
